Sizing for the flooded tower system ranges from 24” to 96” and is based on H2S concentration, gas flow rate, temperature, and operating pressure. You can expect uninterrupted operation without the downtime associated with batch or single use (solid) chemical sweetening systems.

Triazine contact tower

  • High contact time
  • Increased mixing and surface areas

H2S analyzer

  • H2S level is continually monitored and electronically recorded
  • High precision with low detection limit

Integrated chemical pumps (optional)

  • Single pumps for basic applications
  • Redundant pumps for more demanding applications and improved control of injection rate

Post-contactor separator

  • Chemicals work at stoichiometric levels
  • Consistent separation

Fuel gas scrubber

  • Effective removal of particulates, dust, and liquid droplets
  • Prevents liquid carryover
